Abstract: Malaria is one of the most serious tropical and very widespread disease, it is a health problem in Pakistan. The objective of the present study was to determine the calcium level in the serum of Malaria Patients (n=50) with comparison to the control subjects (n=50), using flame photometer (m-410 corning). Serum calcium was increased in malaria patients as compared to the control subjects. Increased level of serum calcium is an aspect of severe malaria with the association of parasite and complications.
