The article titled, "Determination of critical density and vectorial capacity for Culex tritaeniorhynchus Giles, 1901 (Diptera: Culicidae), the primary vector for Japanese encephalitis in southern India" published in pages 39-46, issue 3, vol. 2 of "International Journal of Mosquito Research" is being retracted. It has been reported that publishing consent is not taken from co-authors and Director of CRME (host institute). Therefore, the article in concern is being retracted.
